Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Capital Markets team. In this capacity, you will own end-to-end financial modeling and lead asset-level analysis across all stages of project development. You will play a central role in driving deal execution and raising capital through structured project financing and other corporate capital initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of complex project-level financial models for data center assets across all stages of development, executing detailed scenario sensitivity, and return analyses to drive management decisions
  • Drive the execution of debt financing, tax equity, and structured equity transactions, including running point on maintaining data rooms, managing due diligence processes, and coordinating with external advisors, lenders, and counsel
  • Review financing documents, including credit agreements, term sheets, tax equity documents, and hedging arrangements
  • Lead the drafting of external marketing materials and management presentations for prospective lenders and investors, while also preparing internal Investment Committee materials
  • Assist in evaluating portfolio-level financing strategies, including warehouse facilities, holdco debt, revolvers, and corporate capital raises
  • Partner cross-functionally across the organization to ensure financing structures accurately reflect infrastructure delivery timelines, power availability and interconnection constraints, and capital expenditure budgets

Education, Skills, And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3–6+ years of relevant experience, with exposure to project finance, infrastructure investing, investment banking, private equity, or advisory
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, with the ability to build and audit models independently
  • Experience executing and closing financing transactions
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Related Transaction Experience

  • With data center, real estate, or renewable energy development projects
  • Working knowledge of project finance debt, securitized debt, tax equity, or structured equity investments
  • Experience reviewing financing documentation

Travel

Ability to travel up to 10% for project site visits and company gatherings.

Denver, CO (hybrid in-office role)

Compensation

$125k - $140k (Offers Bonus)
