Responsibilities
- Support the Associate Director, AI Enablement Product Owner in developing and executing digital enablement and change management plans for enterprise AI capabilities, including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and related generative AI platforms; assist with AI product enablement activities across the release lifecycle, including roadmap tracking, release readiness, capability previews, pilot coordination, testing support, stakeholder feedback collection, and rollout planning
- Partner with the lead, technical/platform owners, vendor teams, and business stakeholders to document AI use cases, user journeys, adoption considerations, and step-by-step guidance for new and emerging AI capabilities
- Create and implement strategic and tactical communications, learning
