Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability
- Develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage
- Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to Company policies and procedures
Schedule
Up to 38 hours per week.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Prior retail and/or management experience
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for in excess of 8 hours
