About the role
Take the lead at the center of where it all happens - our retail stores. With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you'll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology.
Responsibilities
- Partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store.
- Assist with merchandising and product launches.
- Help to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
- Perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
- The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Pay
$47,500 - $71,300 in annual salary plus $18,000+ in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
Schedule
Regular, 40 hours per week.
