Responsibilities

• Lead a development team with strong technical and client communication skills (written and verbal).
• Develop and document solutions using ASP.Net, MSSQL, IIS, Devexpress, and Windows Server.
• Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Assist in identifying and resolving issues and risks.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in software development.
• 2 years in a team lead or technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in ASP.Net, MSSQL, large data processing, IIS, Devexpress, and Windows Server.
• Self-motivated, highly disciplined, and ethical with a stable professional background.
• Graduate degree; MS certification is a plus.
