Senior ASIC Design Engineer - GPU

We are now looking for a Senior ASIC Engineer to join our team. NVIDIA is searching for an outstanding ASIC Engineer to build and implement an MMU for the world’s top SoCs and GPUs. Responsibilities
- Develop and micro-architecture of a high-performance MMU for a GPU using advanced verification methodologies.
- Contribute to architecture decisions.
- Mentor other engineers on the team.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across sites to accomplish your goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work or research experience.
- Experience crafting memory subsystem units with properties such as memory coherency and arbitration policies.
- Proficiency in Verilog, build and verification tools (VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Verdi, Synopsys).
- A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming with C++ and/or SystemVerilog.
- Strong communication skills are required.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing high-performance memory management systems.
- Knowledge of industry-standard design tools and methodologies.
- Experience with hardware design and verification processes.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Verilog and related hardware description languages.
- Experience with memory management and coherence protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is $136,000 - $218,500 for Level 3, and $168,000 - $264,500 for Level 4.
