About the role
NVIDIA is seeking a Senior ASIC Engineer to develop and implement an MMU for the world's top SoCs and GPUs. This role offers opportunities to influence cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a global team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and micro-architect a high-performance MMU for a GPU using advanced verification methodologies.
- Contribute to architecture decisions.
- Mentor other engineers on the team.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across sites to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work or research experience.
- Experience crafting memory subsystem units with properties such as memory coherency and arbitration policies.
- Proficiency in Verilog, build and verification tools (VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Verdi, Synopsys).
- A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming with C++ and/or SystemVerilog.
- Strong communication skills are required.
Qualifications
- Experience in advanced memory management systems.
- Knowledge of AI and deep learning technologies.
- Experience with GPU design and development.

Pay
- Base salary range: $136,000 - $218,500 for Level 3, and $168,000 - $264,500 for Level 4.
