About the role
We are now looking for a Senior ASIC Engineer to join our team at NVIDIA. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology that drives advancements in artificial intelligence, deep learning, and various computing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and micro-architect a high-performance Memory Management Unit (MMU) for GPUs using advanced verification methodologies.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor other engineers on the team.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across sites to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work or research experience.
- Experience crafting memory subsystem units with properties such as memory coherency and arbitration policies.
- Proficiency in Verilog, build and verification tools (VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Verdi, Synopsys).
- A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming with C++ and/or SystemVerilog.
- Strong communication skills are required.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing high-performance MMUs for SoCs and GPUs.
- Knowledge of advanced verification methodologies and tools.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages and design patterns.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Verilog and related hardware description languages.
- Experience with memory management systems and architectures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $136,000 to $218,500 for Level 3, and $168,000 to $264,500 for Level 4.

Pay
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is $136,000 - $218,500 for Level 3, and $168,000 - $264,500 for Level 4.
