Senior Architect / Project Manager

Senior Architect Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to oversee the design and development of architectural projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong architectural knowledge, project leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to design excellence and client service. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple small- to medium-sized architectural projects.Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors.Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning requirements, regulations, and industry standards.Oversee, mentor, and support junior architects and design staff.Actively manage project schedules, consultant coordination, and deliverables.Develop, produce, and oversee architectural project documentation across all phases.Prepare and coordinate project specifications.Maintain a professional, collaborative, and positive work environment.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members.Take ownership of project quality, timelines, and overall delivery. Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience working in an architectural office.Approximately 10 years of experience as a Project Architect preferred.Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field; M.Arch preferred.Active architectural license required.NCARB certification preferred/required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Revit.Strong understanding of architectural design, documentation, codes, and project coordination.Service-oriented approach with strong client relationship skills.Self-directed, detail-oriented, professional, friendly, respectful, and collaborative personality.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
