Senior Architect / Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively and independently throughout all phases of the design process
• Develop and coordinate project documentation, construction plans, and details in Revit
• Lead or drive design concepts, manage internal junior staff, and coordinate external design consultants
• Guide significant aspects of projects from conceptual design through completion, including quality control and assurance
• Provide expertise in construction administration, ensuring compliance with contract documents
• Must be highly proficient in Revit and have advanced knowledge of building/accessibility codes

Requirements

• Holds a professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program
• 12+ years of experience working in a professional office
• Professional architectural licensure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a collaborative studio environment with teams of varying sizes
• Experience guiding significant aspects of projects from conceptual design through completion
• Advanced understanding of building/accessibility codes and requirements
• Highly proficient in Revit
• Knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
