Senior Architect/Architectural Engineer (M.S./Ph.D.)

About the Role

In this role, you will work as part of a team to help lead and further grow our engineering/architectural consulting services regionally and will be a key member of our national practice.

Responsibilities

• Inspection, analysis, and determination of root causes of building envelope and building material failures
• Conducting analytical and computer problem solving
• Performing field investigations and diagnostic surveys
• Preparing technical reports and presentations
• Marketing to new and existing clients
• Successfully managing projects

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture
• At least 2-3 years of consulting experience related to buildings
• Professional license in Engineering (PE) and/or Architecture (AIA) in the United States

Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to synthesize technical information and present it to specialists and non-specialists alike
• Clear written communication and technical writing skills
• Proven dedication to quality and accuracy
• Versatile and team-oriented
• Willing to work overtime and travel when required

Pay

Salary range: USD $130,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr. Total compensation includes base salary, bi-weekly bonuses for high-intensity efforts, annual bonus, and 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
