About the role
Development: Develop high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
Platform Configuration: Build declarative solutions utilizing Salesforce automation tools, primarily advanced Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software errors, application bottlenecks, and data integration issues.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Maintain clean, well-documented code. Write robust test classes to achieve high code coverage (minimum 75-80%) and participate in peer code reviews.
DevOps & Deployment: Manage application life cycles, sandbox environments, and deployment cycles using version control tools (GitHub) and CI/CD deployment tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
- Development experience on the Salesforce platform (3+ years)
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and data migration tools
