Responsibilities
- Work both collaboratively and independently throughout all phases of the design process
- Exhibit self-starter qualities, confidence, and willingness to push creative boundaries
- Show strong design capabilities and effective presentation skills to convey design intent
- Develop and coordinate project documentation, construction plans, details etc. in Revit
- Be flexible and eager to take on new challenges and assignments on complex project types
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills (efficient)
- Display a positive, can-do attitude
Requirements
- Holds a professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program
- Has 12+ years of experience working in a professional office
- Has professional architectural licensure
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Has experience working in a collaborative studio environment with teams of varying sizes, leading or driving design concepts
- Has experience guiding significant aspects of projects from conceptual design through project completion, including management/mentoring of internal junior design staff and coordination and management of external design consultants
- Has advanced understanding of building/accessibility codes and requirements
- Has experience in Construction Administration, reviewing construction progress at jobsites ensuring conformance to contract documents
- Is highly proficient in Revit
- Has knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Pay
Salary commensurate with experience. The compensation range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000. Salary commensurate with experience.
