Responsibilities

• Work both collaboratively and independently throughout all phases of the design process
• Exhibit self-starter qualities, confidence, and willingness to push creative boundaries
• Show strong design capabilities and effective presentation skills to convey design intent
• Develop and coordinate project documentation, construction plans, details etc. in Revit
• Be flexible and eager to take on new challenges and assignments on complex project types
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills (efficient)
• Display a positive, can-do attitude

Requirements

• Holds a professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program
• Has 12+ years of experience working in a professional office
• Has professional architectural licensure
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills
• Has experience working in a collaborative studio environment with teams of varying sizes, leading or driving design concepts
• Has experience guiding significant aspects of projects from conceptual design through project completion, including management/mentoring of internal junior design staff and coordination and management of external design consultants
• Has advanced understanding of building/accessibility codes and requirements
• Has experience in Construction Administration, reviewing construction progress at jobsites ensuring conformance to contract documents
• Is highly proficient in Revit
• Has knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience. The compensation range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000. Salary commensurate with experience.
