Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist Lowell, MA | $80-100k base KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a well-established organization in its search for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position will play a key role within the accounting team, supporting accounts receivable, credit, collections, and related financial activities. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and customer credit activitiesMonitor outstanding balances and support collection effortsEvaluate customer creditworthiness and assist with credit decisionsResearch and resolve billing and payment discrepanciesPerform account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer recordsPartner cross-functionally to resolve customer account issuesAssist with month- and quarter-end close activitiesPrepare AR reporting and analysis for managementSupport internal controls, audits, and compliance requirementsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience5–8 years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit, or related experienceStrong credit and collections backgroundStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency with Excel and ERP systemsExperience with credit risk assessment and account reconciliationsSAP experience is a plus If you are interested in this opportunity, please email Dalton Rolli at drolli@kbwfinancial.com for immediate consideration.
