Senior AR Specialist

Our client, a growing technology company, is seeking a Senior AR Specialist to support accounts receivable operations, collections, and customer account management. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure timely payments, resolve billing issues, and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections and customer account follow-up.
• Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain AR records, reporting, and aging reviews.
• Partner with internal teams to address payment-related issues.
• Assist with process improvements and month-end activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts receivable experience.
• SaaS industry experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Salesforce and supplier portal experience preferred.
