• Identifies key trends through consumer and athlete insights, translating these into meaningful performance products.
• Brings seasonal creative direction to life through apparel design, considering performance, innovation, and sustainability.

• Utilizes skills to create original designs reflecting the brand's philosophy.
• Communicates and presents concepts within the Women's Tennis organization.
• Oversees prototype development, collaborating with teams in development, pattern making, materials, lab testing, and sampling.

Strong communication skills—including active listening, collaborative problem-solving, and emotional intelligence—are essential. The candidate should be highly detail-oriented, thorough in executing design assets, and proficient in visualizing and communicating ideas effectively.
