Senior Anti-Tamper Program Manager 1
About the role
As a Senior Level Program Manager, you will support the Special Programs Division, DoD Anti-Tamper (AT) Executive Agent Field Program Office (AFLCMC/WAG-AT) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. WAG-AT conducts studies to identify new capabilities, matures laboratory technologies to be weapon system ready, and develops, tests, and rapidly fields new AT capabilities/products, providing insight and foundational AT technology to seed DoD weapon system development programs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes and methodologies to generate courses of action that deliver and sustain USAF warfighting capabilities
- Manage program efforts including technology development and integrating engineering, foreign disclosure, test and deployment, production and manufacturing, and logistics support
- Develops acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ programmatic decisions
- Identify risks/issues and recommend solutions to government PMs in executing their projects
- Lead/assist in the development, coordination of Request for Proposal (RFP) packages, Justification & Approval (J&A) packages, Acquisition Plans and other acquisition efforts for new technology/product development contracts
- Organize, plan, and moderate strategy and policy meetings among DoD organizations service leads, service labs, and their SMEs, and select industry leadership to develop and communicate guidance/strategy across the ATEA community
- Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs
- Interact with select industry partners to establish and support technology development reviews and technical interchange meetings relating to DoD areas of interest
- Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking critical assets
- Support the Education and Outreach branch for curriculum development/updates and training materials dissemination for several different courses. Support the program management modules of the DoD Anti-Tamper Short Course
Qualifications
- An active TOP-SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and access to Special Access Program (SAP)
- Masters Degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in managing DOD Acquisition Programs or a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years experience
- Up to 10% travel

- Anti-Tamper Experience
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Program Management
