Senior Analyst, Order to Cash

About the role

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office. From accounting and financial planning to risk/fraud analysis and payments, our Finance team ensures not only our company’s financial security, but also that our customers can buy from us with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Support changes related to SAP Implementation, OTC process improvements, and analyze break/fix solutions on the Order to Cash system.
• Prepare business test cases and perform user acceptance testing as well as support data migration from current to new ERP systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution of process issues that impact the AR and AP Operations.
• Partner with Fintech, GL, RevOps, FinOps and Compliance to ensure that coordinated approaches are provided.
• Lead moderate size projects applying business knowledge, system expertise, strong decision-making skills and project management skills.
• Serve as a subject matter expert with multi-functional team members for Priceline’s OTC (invoicing/billing, cash application, reconciliation of billed and unbilled A/R, reconciliation of AP with external invoices, intercompany AR, Collections etc..) processes, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing status updates to the impacted business partners and IT teams.
• Maintain a balance between business needs and strategies within IT standards to guide well-informed decisions.
• Accountable for change management, communications, and partner alignment in support of process improvements, break/fix solutions and approved system improvements.
• Collaborate with Fintech, GL, RevOps, FinOps and Compliance organizations to develop end to end strategic solutions and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain business process flows managed within the OTC platform.
• Attend project status review and system change reviews for requirements gathering and scope definition.
• Lead and coordinate support of business requirement and user acceptance testing.
• Lead and coordinate the data migration effort with Fintech team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with exposure to a high transaction volume environment.
• Strong SQL Knowledge.
• Nice to have SQVI Reporting knowledge.
• Familiarity with Big Query is plus.
• Validated experience in testing methodology.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, and billing software (High Radius, etc.) strongly preferred.
• A sound understanding of the order to cash lifecycle on a transactional basis.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
• A knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GAAP compliance requirements.
• A problem solver; solution-driven individual.
• A highly organized and good time management ability.
• The ability to communicate clearly from end-user to senior management.
• A results-driven and proactive individual with a strong desire to own and execute area of responsibility with excellence and timeliness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant. The salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000.

$85,000 - $105,000

Schedule

Two days in-office. On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
