Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Information Systems Analyst to support the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HR technology ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and connected applications, helping ensure reliable processes, accurate data, and an effective user experience across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions; configure and test enhancements; support integrations, reporting, security, and data governance; and resolve complex issues. The ideal candidate combines strong HR process knowledge, systems expertise, analytical problem-solving, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- HR Administration and Configuration: Administer and maintain HRIS modules, workflows, business processes, organizational structures, and system configurations; evaluate business requirements and configure scalable solutions that support HR policies, processes, controls, and user needs; monitor
