Responsibilities

• Coordinate with third-party administrators to support capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting
• Prepare quarterly fund schedules, including interest, accruals, and bank reporting
• Respond to investor requests and support investor communications
• Assist with tax filings and investor reporting packages
• Support the annual audit process by organizing and preparing documentation
• Monitor treasury and accounts payable activity, including wires, ACH payments, and invoice tracking
• Maintain the general ledger and record transactions
• Review and track internal expense reports
• Participate in ad hoc analysis and operational improvement projects
