What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense. Responsibilities Group mailbox routing and managementManage customer escalationsProvide support to teammates onshore and offshoreHandle projects by meeting deadlines and providing constant communication with the customerWorks collaboratively to respond to non-standard requestsDemonstrates knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and workstreamsDemonstrates experience working in a transactional finance environment coupled with strong internal controlsPossesses an understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred2-4 years of experience preferredIntermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills preferredStrong critical thinking skills and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively preferredHigh sense of urgency and responsiveness preferredStrong organizational skills preferredDemonstrated accountability and ownership of responsibilities preferredExperience with SAP preferred What is expected of you and others at this level Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasksWorks on projects of moderate scope and complexityIdentifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolveApplies judgment within defined parametersReceives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projectsWork reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy Anticipated salary range: $57,000-$73,440 Bonus eligible: No Benefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.
