Senior Analyst, Finance Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage customer escalations
• Support teammates onshore and offshore
• Handle projects by meeting deadlines and providing constant communication with the customer
• Respond to non-standard requests collaboratively
• Demonstrate knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and workstreams
• Show experience working in a transactional finance environment coupled with strong internal controls
• Understand service level goals and objectives when providing customer support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2-4 years of experience preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively preferred
• High sense of urgency and responsiveness preferred
• Strong organizational skills preferred
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership of responsibilities preferred
• Experience with SAP preferred
