Senior Analyst, EH&S (onsite)
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA (9920 Freeman Ave) – onsite role. Immigration sponsorship is available if needed; no export authorization will be sought.
About the Role
As an Analyst, EH&S Generalist at Collins Aerospace, you will design, develop, implement, and oversee the organization’s Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) programs and procedures to safeguard employees and the environment. You will ensure compliance with all corporate, city, state, and federal EH&S policies and regulations. This role reports directly to the Regional EH&S Director and involves preparing for and hosting internal and regulatory audits, monitoring proposed regulations, and providing input to rule development. You will assist in all areas of environmental, health, and safety, developing expertise in the EH&S function while working onsite in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Responsibilities
- Implement initiatives that drive continuous improvement in company and regulatory EH&S programs, with professional tracks available in Health & Safety, Environmental (air compliance), or a combination of all EH&S programs, including sustainability and security management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis (audits, inspections, GEMBAs) to identify compliance opportunities.
- Collaborate with site employees to define controls for EH&S programs.
- Assess EH&S impacts and support, develop, and implement programs to reduce risk and maintain compliance.
- Manage environmental permits and reporting criteria.
- Support the EH&S team in managing hazardous waste, stormwater compliance, and security protocols.
- Establish and track plans to achieve and maintain compliance and reduce risk.
- Support business partners’ facilities and employee practices to ensure understanding and compliance with EH&S regulations.
- Create and provide effective training to different levels of the organization.
- Travel up to 5% of the time.
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- 1 year of experience in Environmental, Health, or Safety in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing and leading project teams or major initiatives.
- Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
- Lean manufacturing experience (Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Aerospace experience.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $75,800 – $144,200 USD. The range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
