Senior Analyst, Business Analytics & Insights

Responsibilities

• Partner on advanced analytical projects to support business strategy, performance optimization, and growth initiatives
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
• Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks used by senior leadership
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous questions into clear analytical approaches
• Communicate insights through compelling data storytelling and executive-ready presentations
• Validate data accuracy, improve data quality, and document analytical methodologies

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; 3-5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science; Advanced SQL proficiency; Working Knowledge of Python or R for analysis and modeling; Experience with BI tools; Solid understanding of statistics and forecasting methods; Good understanding of data flow; Proven ability to translate data into clear business recommendations; Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail, e-commerce, CPG, or multi-location businesses; Experience working with cloud data platforms; Familiarity with automation, scheduling, and scalable analytics workflows; Ability to multi-task with extreme attention to detail; Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow through skills; Proactive and positive attitude, able to handle and navigate push back
