Senior Analyst
About the role
Senior Analysts are trusted contributors who bring analytical rigor, sharpen teams' focus on what matters most, and steadily grow into greater ownership and leadership. They're business-curious, proactively seeking context beyond their immediate work to understand how the business moves and where it's headed. The work spans high-quality analysis, financial modeling, and reporting, with growing access to senior stakeholders and strategic conversations.

- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating with the broader Analytics team and leadership on processes, tools, and ways of working
- Keep data clean and consistent so reports and deliverables are reliable
- Build Tableau dashboards from scratch, including LOD expressions and calculated fields
- Translate your dense analysis into summaries and presentations that move conversations forward with leadership, clients, and partners
- Partner with Lead Analysts to sharpen how the team works, improving processes, tightening documentation, and raising the bar on reporting quality
