Responsibilities
- Provides input on performance reviews for less experienced team members
- Interacts with partners and/or clients to determine business automation needs
- Provides business unit partners with ongoing systems guidance; acts as a troubleshooter
- Reviews and analyzes existing system enhancements and recommends modifications as needed
- Prepares materials and manuals and provides training to partners
- Prepares project phase reports, including requirements, feasibility, definition, and design
- May also provide input to availability reporting
- Directs and performs prototyped systems development and solutions
- Develops test plans and user acceptance criteria
- May also track bullet proofing tasks
- More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
- Delivers a work product that requires less revision
- Facilitates discussions and reaches decisions
Qualifications
- A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is required
- Advanced knowledge of programming, debugging, and testing systems' programs is required
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are needed for systems guidance
