About the role

KLAS is dedicated to improving healthcare through collaboration, insights, and transparency. As a Senior Analyst, you will translate research into clear, credible insights that drive decision-making for healthcare organizations and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Create reports, presentations, frameworks, and summaries that translate research into actionable insights.
  • Draft and refine narratives to connect research findings to key messages, aligning with direction from Principal Analysts and Group Directors.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify themes, trends, and meaningful takeaways within assigned market segments.
  • Engage in external conversations, sharing insights and supporting deeper discussions led by Principal Analysts.
  • Partner with Principal Analysts to enhance analytical reasoning, writing clarity, and narrative development.
  • Support Associate Analysts by providing feedback on structure, clarity, and analytical thinking.
  • Apply standardized processes, templates, and quality checks to deliver accurate, polished work.
  • Work with Engagement, Insights support teams, and other partners to ensure insights are well-communicated and effectively applied.
  • Participate in provider research calls and ongoing market analysis to deepen understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret research and produce clear, compelling deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with growing confidence presenting to stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and iteration.
  • Emerging subject-matter expertise within healthcare or a related industry.
  • Experience creating structured deliverables such as reports, presentations, or analytical summaries.
  • Experience communicating insights to stakeholders or external audiences.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in research, consulting, healthcare, data analysis, or other insight-driven roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Healthcare Administration, Public Health Policy, Business Strategy, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MPH, MBA, MHA) preferred but not required.

Pay

The salary range for this role starts at $90,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

Schedule

We offer a hybrid schedule, requiring three full days in the office (Monday - Wednesday) and two days working remotely.
