Senior Analyst, Assortment Activation
Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Assortment Activation, supports business plans by identifying operational needs, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving merchandising programs. This role involves analyzing data to inform decisions, recommending system enhancements, and providing insights to senior leadership to optimize assortment strategies.
What you'll do
- Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and removing barriers to enhance performance.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate merchandising programs and communication platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations on merchandise priorities and system support developments to senior management.
- Develop and oversee training programs, including content creation, delivery assistance, and effectiveness evaluation.
- Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and recommend process and system improvements.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress against objectives.
- Model compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards in all business activities.

Additional Compensation
- Annual salary range: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
- Performance-based bonuses
- Stock options (for certain positions)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field OR 2 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations or similar industry.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and practices.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software.
- Experience in training and development.
