About the role

The Senior Deliver Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across forecasting, inventory management, and logistics. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize replenishment strategies, and support business planning through advanced data analysis and modernized reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend improvements across supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure accurate customer forecasting, improved logistics efficiency, and efficient inventory replenishment.
  • Play a critical role in collaborating with Planning and Sales within Kenvue to improve national forecast accuracy and better distribution of finished goods' inventory.
  • Identify and lead improvement projects, including integrated demand planning efforts, new technology assessments, and implementations, incorporating more advanced forecasting methodologies, and logistic efficiency improvements.
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, service level enhancement, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on supply chain optimization and customer service enhancement.
  • Support the adoption of new technologies and tools that enhance reporting, forecasting, and order management workflows.
  • Lead initiatives to standardize reporting formats, templates, and processes across the team and department.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and regular reports for key supply chain metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, on-time delivery).
  • Benchmark industry best practices and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
  • Lead short-term Sales & Operations execution alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure responsiveness and agility.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Statistic or another related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Statistics, and/or Sales Operations is required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Excel (pivot tables & vookups) and Word required.
  • Ability and desire to learn new systems/applications required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations is required.
  • Experience in storytelling with data—using visuals and narrative to drive business decisions is required.
  • Customer-centric mindset required.
  • Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Experience working on cross functional teams required.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Finance knowledge or work experience in any of the following areas preferred: accounts receivable, deduction management, and/or cash application and collections.
  • Customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and how to leverage the system capabilities to drive value preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain preferred.
  • Planning experience using Demand Management software (SAP, Manugistics, I2, etc.) is preferred.
  • Supply Chain experience or knowledge in Order Management, Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics, Replenishment, and/or Planning preferred.
  • Expertise in translating complex data into clear, actionable visualizations and reports for diverse audiences is preferred.
  • Ability to standardize and modernize reporting processes, ensuring consistency and scalability is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Advanced Data Analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerAutomate, SQL, Python, or similar) preferred.
  • Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence Tools, Training, and/or Certification is preferred.
