Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Assortment Activation, supports business plans by identifying operational needs, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving merchandising programs. This role involves analyzing data, recommending merchandise priorities, and providing insights to senior management to enhance business performance.

What you'll do

  • Leads execution of business plans and cross-functional initiatives by aligning priorities, removing barriers, and ensuring resources, performance standards, and progress tracking are in place.

  • Translates merchandise strategies into actionable programs, manages merchandising initiatives, communications, and training content, and provides insights and recommendations to leadership.

  • Oversees training by identifying needs, supporting development, and ensuring effectiveness.

  • Supports internal customers through data-driven analysis and process improvements.

  • Applies expertise to guide best practices, drive alignment, and build stakeholder partnerships.

  • Delivers business solutions, adapts to change, and ensures compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous learning and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field OR 2 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area.
