About the role
This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and investments of assigned real estate debt and equity assets
- Focus on optimizing asset performance while managing associated risks
- Conduct loan performance tracking and key risk metrics analysis for mortgage loans
- Manage construction loan reviews and evaluate risk for loan draws
- Build and maintain relationships with Joint Venture partners regarding equity assets
- Perform asset valuations and oversee annual budget management for equity investments
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and contribute to special projects
Requirements
- 5+ years in real estate equity asset management or closely related investment experience
- Experience managing debt assets and familiarity with loan documents as lender/borrower
- Knowledge of construction loans and equity real estate development is preferred
- Familiarity with diverse real estate sectors including multifamily, industrial, office, and retail
- Experience with joint venture structures and third-party debt management is advantageous
- Ability to utilize third-party research for informed decision-making is necessary
- Strong financial acumen regarding real estate financial statements is required
Location
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Pay
$106,000 – $144,000 annually
