Asset Management- Senior Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join our team in the West Region. This individual will conduct financial analysis, prepare investor and internal reporting, monitor asset performance, assist in business plan execution, oversee leasing activity and tenant relations, and work on capital projects and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in development and implementation of business plans to optimize asset performance including setting annual budgets, forecasting property level cash flows, and conducting detailed financial analysis to maximize return on investment.
- Avoidance of vacancy and retention of current tenants through proactive tenant relations and negotiation of new and renewal leases.
- Work closely with regional asset manager to oversee capital expenditure projects through coordination with construction teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired scope.
- Conduct market research to assess property values, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Provide regular performance reports to leadership, including detailed financial analysis, occupancy trends, leasing activity, progress on key initiatives, and quarterly valuations.
- Collaborate with acquisitions, property management, legal, accounting, and finance to optimize portfolio performance.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate investments or asset management, and general industrial real estate market.
- Effective communicator with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Compensation Details
The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in California is $100,000-130,000 per year. The hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

- Retirement: 401(k) Plan with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 6% of pay. Contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. Eligibility requires a minimum age of 21 and at least 60 days of service.
- Learning & Development: Tuition Reimbursement of up to $5,000 per year for pre-approved education expenses. Repayment obligations may apply if employment ends prior to 24 months.
