Senior Agile Coach Consultant - Hybrid

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives, drive cultural change, and ensure the health and governance of our Jira platform.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams and leadership through agile product transformations in large, complex environments
• Lead enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives with a focus on change management and organizational design
• Own the health of the Jira platform, including global configuration, permissions, workflows, fields, and enterprise standards
• Ensure governance and enable portfolio reporting to support Agile delivery across the enterprise

Requirements

• At least 8 years of Agile coaching experience
• Proven experience coaching for agile product transformations in large, complex environments
• Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives
• Strong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale
• Certified Agile Coach (ICP-Client, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent credentials
