What's the Job?
- Support and operationalize enterprise benefits realization frameworks, including tracking, validation, and reporting
- Partner with business and technology teams to define value hypotheses, KPIs, and outcome measures
- Execute value measurement processes that connect delivery outputs to business outcomes
- Continuously improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows, including intake, demand management, and prioritization support
- Develop dashboards and reporting artifacts to visualize value realization, delivery performance, and strategic progress
What's Needed?
- 5-8+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, or related disciplines
- Proficiency with Lean-Agile practices, portfolio operations, and enterprise tools like Clarity, Rally, or Jira
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- SAFe certification or comparable portfolio management training
