Key Responsibilities
- Standardize Agile practices, ceremonies, and workflows across teams.
- Leverage Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira Align) to enhance Agile process optimization, streamline workflows, and improve reporting.
- Define, monitor, and interpret Agile metrics (e.g., team health, velocity, cycle time) to track transformation progress and inform coaching strategies.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices—including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS—and support their effective adoption.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and learning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience coaching Agile transformations in large, complex enterprise environments (10+ years total experience, with minimum 5 years focused on Agile coaching).
- Certifications: Certified Agile Coach (e.g., ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent credentials.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to inspire, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience transitioning teams or organizations from traditional (e.g., Waterfall) to Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and product-centric ways of working.
- Understanding of organizational behavior and change management principles.
- Proven track record of fostering continuous learning and improvement within teams.
- Expertise in metrics-driven coaching—using data to inform decisions and guide improvement efforts.
- Mentorship experience in technical excellence practices (e.g., TDD, paired programming, test automation).
- Commitment to personal and team continuous learning and professional development.
