Responsibilities
- Coach senior leaders in Agile & Lean practices to enable them to be effective Agile Champions.
- Coach Agile teams and requisite business IT and Business partners (Product Executives/Owners, Value Stream Owners) on transparency, empowerment, ethics, self-organization and responsive action.
- Contribute to continuously evolving processes to align to enterprise agile transformation strategy.
- Drive the required cultural transformation in adopting the Agile way of working.
- Lead an enablement Scaled team that may help multiple Scaled teams or individual teams collaborate and partner on an agile product to drive value at the right time and in the right way in a Scrum @ Scale environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Agile, Project Management related disciplines
- 7+ years experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach
- 2+ years of prior experience as a leader, RTE or Scrum of Scrums Master
- 2+ years’ experience working in a Scaled environment, preferable Scrum @ Scale or SAFe
- Experience with innovative product coaching including design thinking principles, product journey mapping, problem statement development, prototyping, and visioning
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, teaching and mentoring skills
- Embody the Scrum Values: Openness, Respect, Courage, Commitment and Focus
- Must have a bias for action and be comfortable in an ever changing or ambiguous environment
- Able to navigate complex situations and serve as a role model of agile values and principles
- Able to effectively facilitate, coach, mentor, and teach in an agile team context
- Demonstrated ability to guide multiple teams through successful large-scale (Scrum @ Scale preferred) planning, coordination, and delivery with continuous improvement
- Foster a Kaizen mindset within and outside the team
- Help the teams remove their own barriers, leverage Scrum of Scrum’s to remove barriers the team is unable to remove and challenge organizational impediments
