Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies to deliver high-value software solutions.
- Act as a change agent by setting a vision, providing thought leadership, and removing obstacles to Agile success.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Technical Leads, and executives on Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate team transparency by addressing impediments and communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct evaluations and reviews of processes, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with various workstreams to enhance team performance and mitigate challenges.
Skills
- Proven experience in Agile coaching and mentoring, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse teams.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops that promote Agile practices and principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with scaling Agile practices across multiple teams or organizations.
- Familiarity with various Agile tools and software.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and product management methodologies.
