Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile (Scrum, Kanban) ceremonies across multiple global engineering teams
- Coach teams and leadership on Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement practices
- Drive self-organization, accountability, and delivery excellence
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and maximize value
- Identify and remove delivery impediments
- Enable data-driven continuous improvement using Agile metrics
- Support portfolio-level Agile planning and execution
- Foster collaboration across global, cross-functional teams (Cloud, DevOps, Security, Identity, Risk)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (10+ years) or Master's (8+ years) in relevant field
- 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience in Agile environments
- Experience coaching Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban), facilitating ceremonies, and driving Lean Agile adoption
- Proven cross-functional/global team leadership and stakeholder management
- Strong communication, facilitation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Agile coaching & delivery
- Program management in DevOps/Cloud environments
- Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Cross-functional team leadership
Preferred Industry Experience
- Experience with large manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations
- Prior work with companies such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Boeing, GM, Ford, Tesla, Cummins, Honeywell, GE, Raytheon, or similar

Candidate Profile
- Must have recent experience in $billion+ manufacturing or engineering-focused companies (preferably Caterpillar or similar)
- Born between 1960 and 1988 (for experience requirements)
- Stable work history (no frequent job hopping)
- Willing to relocate at own expense if not local
