Agile Leadership
Coaching teams and stakeholders on Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban; driving maturity uplift and continuous improvement.
Delivery Management
- Facilitation of ceremonies, backlog refinement, dependency resolution, and sprint predictability tracking.
Retail CRM Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ServiceCloud, MarketingCloud, and POS integration.
Governance & Reporting
- Risk/issue management, milestone tracking, and transparent reporting using Jira/Confluence dashboards.
Change Enablement
- Aligning IT and business streams, supporting UAT coordination, and managing stakeholder communication.
Profile
- Proven track record in Agile delivery for CRM programs (Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, Dynamics).
- Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills; pragmatic and operational mindset.
- Comfortable working in distributed, multi-time-zone environments with retail stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/CSM), SAFe Agilist or SPC, Agile Project Management.
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps; experience with Agile metrics (burndown, CFD, throughput).
Education
Engineering or IT background; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Languages
English fluent; French desirable for global coordination.
