Senior Ag Lender / Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of more than seven lenders, focusing on expanding the portfolio through trusted client partnerships and sound credit practices. They will also mentor, coach, and prepare the team for upcoming retirements.

Responsibilities

• Expand the existing portfolio through strategic client relationships

• Handle larger credits with a streamlined, local approval process

Requirements

• 10+ years of ag lending experience
• Proven ability to expand portfolios through trusted client partnerships and sound credit practices
• Experience building and developing loan departments
• A balanced approach to business development prioritizing credibility, consistency, and community presence
