About the role

A community bank located in Northeast Iowa, with over $500 million in assets, is seeking an experienced Ag lender with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Take over a high-quality existing portfolio valued at $25-30 million, primarily focused on agricultural lending with some commercial accounts.

Requirements

• Experienced in agricultural lending
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-quality portfolio

Skills

• Knowledge of agricultural lending practices
• Commercial lending experience (optional but preferred)
