Senior Ag Lender / Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced agricultural lending professional to step into a leadership role within a strong, community-focused bank, with an emphasis on thoughtful growth and long-term relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Take on a small existing portfolio while leading a team of more than seven lenders
• Focus on mentoring, coaching, and preparing the group for upcoming retirements
• Build and develop loan departments
• Balance business development that prioritizes credibility, consistency, and community presence

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ag lending experience
• Proven ability to expand portfolios through trusted client partnerships and sound credit practices
• Experience building and developing loan departments
