About the role

The bank is seeking a seasoned Ag Lender/Market President with 7+ years of Ag lending and credit expertise to lead the Greater Grand Forks market. The role involves building relationships with farmers, local businesses, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Leverage strong lending skills to manage and grow the Ag lending portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, local businesses, and the community
• Drive market growth and contribute to the bank's overall success
• Guide a team of Ag lenders and support their professional development

Requirements

• Proven track record in Ag lending and credit management
• Experience leading teams and driving market growth
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local agricultural markets and trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 7+ years of Ag lending and credit experience
• Preferred certifications in Ag lending or related fields

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment
• Knowledge of local agricultural markets and trends
