Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established loan portfolio
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers and other agricultural businesses
• Underwrite loans according to bank policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

• Strong credit underwriting skills
• Experience in agriculture or commercial lending is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of USDA and other agricultural programs

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
