Senior Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary
The Senior Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the administrative office for the Faculty Practice Plan. This role requires consistent exercise of considerable initiative, independent judgment, and discretion to coordinate a wide range of complex administrative activities. The incumbent manages multiple priorities simultaneously, independently assessing urgency and determining appropriate courses of action to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports planning and scheduling activities
- Assists with contracts, invoices, and insurance renewals
- Prepares and maintains documents and reports
- Provides administrative support for Board-related functions
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the office, fostering effective communication and collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field and 3 years related experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and prioritize competing responsibilities
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, regulations, and processes while maintaining high-quality work and meeting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools is preferred
Work Hours
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Salary Range
$60,406 - $88,200

Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. The salary range depicted is based on full time, 1.0 FTE and would be prorated accordingly for less than 1.0 FTE.
