Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents for other team members, including technical reports, in accordance with departmental and office guidelines.
  • This includes proofreading, copying, and mailing.
  • Process financial, purchasing, and open records requests in accordance with requirements.
  • Procure supplies and equipment.
  • Front Desk Coverage.
  • Perform other related work as assigned.

Equivalent To Those Typically Gained By 1-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of general office practices (Additional education or experience may substitute for the required education or experience)
