About the Role
As a Senior Administrative Assistant in Chicago, Illinois, you will be part of the Marketing team, providing high-level administrative support to two VPs, three Sr. Directors, and one Director across the Coors Family of Brands, Miller Family of Brands, and Value portfolios. This position requires considerable discretion, independent judgment, and the ability to manage complex office activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex office activities, including calendar and time/people management for company executives.
- Handle high-level correspondence via email, telephone, and mail.
- Open purchase orders and manage team expenses.
- Coordinate end-to-end executive meetings and events.
- Prepare, file, and maintain key records, statistics, and reports.
- Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the operating unit.
- Develop and update organizational department charts.
- Collaborate with executive assistant and senior admin teams to provide administrative leadership.
Requirements
- High school education required.
- More than 6 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Experience working in a complex environment and/or for high-level management is highly desired.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and basic reasoning skills.
- Capability to analyze complex information requests and determine trends.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft suite of applications, particularly expert-level experience with all components of Microsoft Outlook.
- Administrative leadership and decision-making skills.
Schedule
This role is in-office Monday through Thursday, with Friday working from home.
Pay
Salary range: $56,600.00 - $74,300.00, plus a 5% target short-term incentive.
