Responsibilities
- Cook up administrative support for audit engagements, helping teams stay organized and meet important deadlines.
- Aid in scheduling client engagements, department meetings, training sessions, and firm events.
- Support the monthly billing process, including preparing invoices, monitoring collections, and corresponding with clients as needed.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain department templates, reports, forms, and client communications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Organize and maintain department records while ensuring compliance with firm retention policies and confidentiality standards.
- Provide administrative support to managers and partners, including project coordination and special assignments.
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals to provide coverage, share workloads, and support firm-wide initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to a highly efficient team environment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm information.
- Aid in travel bookings.
Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in another professional administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and office systems.
- Professional judgment, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Pay
Hourly rate is $20.00 per hour.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
