About the role
In this Sr. Administrative Assistant role based in Milwaukee, WI, you’ll provide high-level administrative, communication, and coordination support to senior leaders across the Supply Chain organization. You will play a key role in supporting internal communications, organizing events, preparing presentations, assisting with volunteer and campaign activities, supporting recurring meetings and town halls, and helping advance projects in partnership with HR and Supply Chain leadership to enable our World Class Supply Chain journey.
This position reports directly to the VP, Customer Supply Excellence, and also provides direct support to the VP, Manufacturing Operations, the VP, Technical Services & Support, and their teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal communications including announcements, campaigns, SharePoint/Yammer updates, and town hall materials, partnering with HR and leaders to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Coordinate internal events, leadership meetings, and onsite/offsite activities by managing logistics, calendars, vendors, budgets, related communications, and basic event tracking.
- Support employee engagement by coordinating team volunteer events, liaising with Employee Resource Groups for onsite involvement, managing related communications and logistics, and maintaining participation documentation.
- Provide senior-level administrative support, including compiling complex information for presentations, charts, tables, and reports; handling correspondence; managing travel and expenses; and supporting daily/weekly leadership operating rhythms such as Leadership Pillar and Direction Setting meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business OR equivalent experience (3-5 years) in administrative, coordination, communication, event logistics, or engagement-related work.
- At least 4+ years of experience in Administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint, with the ability to create high-quality presentations, reports, and documents.
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and clearly convey information.
- Customer-service mindset, providing responsive, high-quality support to leaders, employees, and partners.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving, with the ability to navigate challenges, anticipate needs, and act with minimal direction.
- Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional time-management, organization, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Financially and administratively savvy, with the ability to process invoices, manage expenses, and support accurate budget tracking.

Pay
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings:
- $56,600.00 - $74,300.00 (posting salary range) + 5% target short-term incentive.
- $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above-market employer match, wellness incentives, and EAP.
- Paid time off (including holidays, vacation days, and sick days).
