Position Overview We're looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to our Senior Leadership team while serving as a key resource for day-to-day office operations. This role manages leadership calendars, coordinates meetings, and handles correspondence and communications for Senior Leadership — while also maintaining records, processing documentation, and supporting administrative needs across departments. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, professionalism, and discretion to everything they do. What You'll Do Provide administrative support directly to the President and Vice President, including managing calendars and scheduling internal and external meetingsCoordinate meeting logistics — preparing agendas, materials, and presentation decks, and tracking follow-up items from leadership meetingsArrange travel logistics, including itineraries and reservationsDraft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports on behalf of leadershipServe as a professional point of contact between leadership and staff, vendors, and clientsScan, file, and maintain electronic and physical records, and perform data entry across multiple systemsPrepare and process company documents and forms, and support document retention and records managementCollaborate with Accounting, HR, and Operations on administrative projects, and help coordinate company events and employee recognition activities What We're Looking For 2–4 years of administrative experience, including experience supporting senior leadership or managers (required)Strong calendar management, scheduling, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and TeamsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive informationStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities independentlyComfortable balancing high-level leadership support with day-to-day office administrative needs Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and growStable company with long-term career potentialCompetitive pay and benefits Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $26.00 - $31.00 hourly (based upon experience) + bonus opportunity Work Location: In person Benefits 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance Dvorak, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
