About the role

The Senior Admin & IT Coordinator - Immigration is responsible for managing all administrative and IT functions related to immigration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire immigration process from start to finish.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately processed and submitted on time.
  • Collaborate with legal and HR teams to resolve any issues that arise during the process.
  • Provide technical support for IT systems used in the immigration department.
  • Train new employees on IT and administrative procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative and IT roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with immigration software.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
